Returns and refunds

This page summarises how a return works with us. The legally binding text is the right of withdrawal — where the two differ, that one applies.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The easiest way is our online form at Cancel contract: enter your order number and email, submit — the confirmation of receipt with date and time arrives by email straight away.

A plain email to hello@crazysack.com works just as well. All that matters is that you send the withdrawal within the 14 days.

Condition of the goods

Please send the footbags back complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may examine them as you would in a shop — look at them, hold them, inspect the stitching and the filling. You are only liable for a loss in value if it results from handling that goes beyond that inspection: a footbag that has been played with, soiled or soaked is no longer an inspected one but a used one.

You bear the cost of return shipping. Please do not send the parcel carriage forward — we cannot accept such shipments. A tracked parcel gives you proof that it went out, should there be any doubt.

When you get your money back

We refund within 14 days at the latest after your withdrawal reaches us — the full amount including the standard outbound shipping cost. The refund goes back via the same payment method you used: card, PayPal, Klarna or SEPA. It costs you nothing.

We may wait with the refund until the goods are back with us or you have sent us proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.

If the money does not appear after the refund: depending on your bank it takes 3 to 10 working days to be credited. If it is still missing after that, write to us — we will send you the refund receipt.

Faulty or wrong goods

If a footbag arrived damaged, has an open seam or is simply the wrong item, that is not a withdrawal but a defect — the statutory two-year warranty applies. In that case you do not bear the return costs.

Write to hello@crazysack.com, ideally with a photo and your order number. We sort it out without any form: replacement or money back, whichever you prefer.
