For now we only ship within Germany. We're sorting out the new EU packaging rules — delivery to other EU countries will be back once that's settled. Payment is handled by Stripe; shipping runs through Sendcloud, usually with DHL.

Payment and shipping terms

1. Payment terms

1.1 Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Depending on country, device and availability at Stripe, the following payment methods are offered in the online shop:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • SEPA direct debit
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

You will see the options actually available at checkout. Methods not offered (e.g. Amazon Pay or giropay) are not accepted.

2. Delivery terms

2.1 We currently deliver exclusively within Germany. We are temporarily not accepting deliveries to other countries, including other EU member states.

2.2 Shipping is handled via Sendcloud. Delivery is normally made by DHL (including tracking). In exceptional cases (e.g. weight or dimensions outside the DHL small-parcel format), Sendcloud may use another connected carrier; tracking remains available as far as that service offers it.

2.3 One standard shipping method is offered (parcel delivery). Collection in person is not possible.

2.4 Unless stated otherwise in the offer, the delivery time after conclusion of the contract is typically approx. 2–4 working days within Germany.

These figures are guide values (order processing plus the carrier's usual transit time) and not a binding guarantee of a particular delivery date.

3. Shipping costs

3.1 Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Unless stated otherwise, the following standard rates currently apply:

  • Germany: €5.90

The amount for your order is shown in the cart already — not only at checkout.

3.2 We deliver free of shipping costs from a goods value of €60 within Germany (including VAT, before discounts unless stated otherwise). You can see your progress in the cart.
