FAQs
How long does delivery take?
We ship from Germany with DHL via Sendcloud. Within Germany, DHL Kleinpaket usually takes about two working days after handover — together with order processing that is typically about 2–4 working days. For the rest of the EU we expect about 3–7 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you receive an email with the DHL tracking number so you can check the status anytime.
What if my footbag arrives damaged?
Please email us or use the contact form right away and, if possible, attach photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or another solution as quickly as we can.
Do you offer personalised footbags?
In the shop you'll find many ready combinations of panels, colours and fillings (sand, metal beads, plastic granulate). For special requests — a specific fill or design — just write to us. We'll tell you honestly what is possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All available options appear at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet shipped. Email us or use the contact form as soon as you can — we're happy to help.
From which amount is shipping free?
Within Germany from €60 order value, in the rest of the EU from €90. You can see the progress in the cart. Shipping costs before the threshold are shown at checkout.
How does the right of withdrawal work?
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods. The easiest way is the “Withdraw contract” page or an email to us. Details are in the withdrawal policy.
